A picture is worth a thousand words…
Visualisation is a powerful tool used to help manifest your dreams and aspirations into reality.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to relax and take time to identify the things that are important to you. You will create a Vision Board with images, words and quotes representing your future dreams and goals and your ideal life.
In the workshop you will
Create your very own beautiful Vision Board to take home
Spend quality time reflecting on your dreams and aspirations
Learn a visualisation technique to help you become the person you wish to be as you achieve your goals
Share the experience with like minded people, have fun and enjoy the creative process
Feel energised, confident that your dreams and visions for your ideal future are connected
Please bring a recent photo of yourself for placing on your Vision Board if you wish. Materials and magazines provided but if you have any of your own magazines you’re welcome to bring them along too.
