About The Workshop:
Join herbalist Ali English BSc (hons) Herb Med for a two hour workshop on using the first local, seasonal herbs to give your system a boost, as the days gradually begin to lengthen out and spring starts to emerge. This session will teach you how to identify and use cleavers, chickweed, dandelion root, leaf and flower, and any other seasonal, local and useful plants. Please bring your own jars and bottles – all other materials will be supplied.
Ali English has had a long fascination with herbs and useful plants, since being given a herb garden to care for at age 13. 20 years later she is now a practicing and qualified medical herbalist who teaches all around Lincolnshire as well as further afield. She is passionate about helping people to learn how to use local, seasonal, easily available herbs in order to promote and improve their health.
