Digital Photography Workshop: Part  3 Times and Dates 2017: 

Saturday 8 April 10am – 1pm (Alternative Date Saturday 18 November 2017 10am – 1pm)

Cos: £35 per person (reduced to £28 if you book onto the full course of 3 workshops)

The Workshop Details:

In the concluding part of the photography course this workshop will enable you to experiment with tripods and portraiture. You will put all your prior knowledge to use by investigating different forms of taking portraits in available and artificial light. Be prepared to work with other learners and take turns in becoming the model. Learn about studio lighting techniques and how to gain successful photos of family and friends at home.

 Kit List:

A digital camera

A fully charged battery (spares if your camera takes domestic batteries)

An SD card or CF card


Tripod or monopod

Your best photo taken in the last few weeks

To attend this session you need to have either attended workshop 1 and 2 or be proficient in navigating around your camera settings and functions. This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners

 You will be tutored by exhibiting photographic artist Tina Waller in a friendly and non-competitive environment.

About Tina:

Tina teaches art and photography in various further education settings, from beginners’ classes to foundation degree level. She has a First Class BA Honours Degree in Fine and Applied Arts, later gaining a teaching degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, in order to share her passion for art with others. Tina is an exhibiting artist with the East Coast 7 group and member of an alumni post graduate study group for regional artists.
