Cost: £20 or £18 per session if 3 ‘Heal Your Life Sessions’ booked

About the Sessions:

Welcome to our Heal Your Life circle that meets  for support,  inner journeys, inspiration, self discovery  and beautiful hearts.

Our monthly circle has been created to offer a safe, supportive and friendly class that looks at our inner journeys of self discovery and transformations.

We all like to belong and often can lose our way and feel isolated – this group is designed to bring us back together – finding like minded people who are able to support you through this journey of life.

We will meditate, discuss, laugh,  explore, focus, use music, have tea / coffee, feel supported.

Each class will focus on a different topic and introduce you to the work of Louise Hay.

Maybe you’ve read You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay and want to develop a new awareness and appreciation for life!

Louise Hay’s Power Points:

We are each responsible for our experiences.

• Every thought we think is creating our future.

• Everyone is dealing with the damaging patterns of resentment, criticism, guilt, and self-hatred.

• It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed.

• We must release the past and be willing to forgive.

• Self-approval and self-acceptance in the “now” are the keys to positive change.

• The point of power is always in the present moment.

This is a great opportunity to REALLY transform your beliefs with a Licensed Heal Your Life Workshop Leader and Coach who is authorised by Louise Hay and Hay House to offer these programs in a safe and effective manner.

ABOUT THIS SESSION – What is your body trying to tell you? …. what are your wisdoms from within?

How many times have you found yourself analysing and over analysing a situation, a conflict or a wound and playing the what if game – talking about it over and over again, either in your own head or to your friends and find that you end up talking about the same old wound?
Sometimes we just think and talk about things too much, especially when the answers could already be known from within, There are wisdoms in your body that your mind knows nothing about. There are memories in your body that your mind has long forgotten.
Learning to listen to your body, pay attention to it – it is possible to find a greater wholeness that you have ever known before.
“Mindfulness not only makes it possible to survey our internal landscape with compassion and curiosity but can also actively steer us in the right direction for self care” – Bessel A Van Der Kolk – The Body keeps the score.
