We endeavour to describe all products, prices and stock availability accurately but unfortunately errors do occur therefore price, descriptions and availability of stock is subject to change without prior notice. If you need more information on any item on the website please email us via the contact form and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48 hours during normal working hours.
Payments are to be made by Paypal at the checkout. Please note you DO NOT have to have your own Paypal account to make a payment, you can pay by Credit or Debit card – just follow the on screen instructions and please contact us if you experience any difficulties.
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receipt of an order with any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday dispatched on the next working day.
The Steel Rooms delivers to the UK mainland* using royal mail signed for/recorded service. We may use a courier for larger or heavier items.
All deliveries are charged at £3.95 to the UK mainland. We are pleased to offer free delivery on any orders over £75.00
Our standard delivery terms are 5 working days, however, we are committed to offering a great service and aim to fulfil your order as quickly as we can. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
We recycle as much of our packaging as possible, this helps to keep costs down for us and our customers along with helping the environment.
If you live locally to The Steel Rooms, then you can choose to collect your items in person. Place your order by 4pm and it should be ready to pick up the next day. Simply call us on 01652 657256 to arrange a convenient time.
If for some reason we cannot complete your order we will contact you by email or telephone (if provided) to advise you accordingly.
Delivery outside the UK
*If you live outside the UK mainland please contact us on +441652 657256 or e-mail email@example.com before placing an order as an extra delivery charge will apply.
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 14 days from receipt (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 28 days from receipt, please Contact us to make arranges for returning your goods.
You will be responsible for the return postage costs if applicable. Upon receipt we will refund you in full for the cost of the item. We suggest you receive proof of posting for your protection.
If the goods are faulty or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible and we will then arrange a refund or replacement including full postage costs. We do still however recommend that you receive proof of posting for your protection when returning such items.
