Yoga Classes
Yoga classes run on our top floor; a light, bright and spacious high ceilinged room, running the length of our building, where people can either come and try yoga for their first time, return to it after a break, or develop a practice they already have.
All the classes are Hatha Yoga based, and include breathing techniques as well as finishing with relaxation or a guided meditation

Can I get a refund if I don't attend?
We try to accommodate cancellations where we can, but as a small independent business and with tutors and teachers also running as small businesses, we've had to make it viable all round in order to be able to continue offering workshops and events. So in the main our policy is the below;
Payment is non refundable unless we are able to fill your space. In the event of cancellation no less than 14 days prior to the workshop date, the credit may be transferred. If we cancel a workshop you will be entitled to a full refund or to transfer payment to another workshop. If a session which has been prepaid at the discounted rate is cancelled, the discounted rate will carry over to the next workshop.

Do you take bookings in the shop or over the phone?
Yes, we can take your booking and payment in person at The Steel Rooms or over the phone on 01652 657256.
Please note, to ensure your place is secured on any of our workshops, we ask that payment is made in full at the point of booking.

Where are the workshops run and how do we access the workshop space?
Our workshops are run on the top floor. You can either take the stairs or we have a lift for access to all floors. Come in through our main front door, ask in our shop and they'll point you in the right direction.
Where can I park?
