Join The Steel Rooms for David Neve’s photographic exhibition titled ‘Ruralban Life’.
This exhibition will run from Saturday 17th June until Saturday 8th July 2017.
The Steel Rooms will host the first ever solo exhibition of renowned local and world photographer David Neve.
David Neve is well known for photographing local equestrian events and weddings for over 14 years, and is also renowned worldwide for his landscape and travel photography with this exhibit showcasing an exciting selection of his landscape, cityscape and travel photographs taken over the years.
The work within this exhibition ranges from powerful landscapes to urbanscapes taken around the world and some more local- including photographs of Brigg taken during the snow, to the classic landscape of the Lake District and the city of London. This exhibition focuses on a more intimate interpretation of the rural and the urban worlds around us, both locally and globally. This has been of particular interest to David living between the countryside, town and city. Although the subjects and styles of the photographs vary, the unification of the work symbolises David’s passion for the outdoors and his desire to capture their beauty and culture in his creations.
The Gallery is open Monday – Saturday 9am to 5pm. Admission to the exhibition is free and framed prints of the images are for sale. Take a look at more of his work here.
